Become a Mentor | Coach for Students

Building on their experience in various fields, they participate as professionals, experts, or passionate individuals in their areas of expertise. The instructors and coaches provide professional and motivational support to the students, guiding them in developing their skills within the NGO so they can carry out their activities effectively and professionally.

Participate as a volunteer student member

Students are involved in the association through roles related to management, operations, and administration. As members of project development committees, they take on specific responsibilities within each committee according to the needs of each project. Additionally, they have the opportunity to act as independent volunteers, contributing occasionally to various project implementation activities.

PIM PAM PUM

Made up of a permanent team of students, professional advisors, and a community of passionate individuals committed to equality and sustainable development, the NGO Pim Pam Pum aims to align itself with the United Nations 2030 Agenda goals.
Through art, culture, and education, we develop projects aimed at populations in vulnerable situations, with the goal of fostering integration and the empowerment of individuals and communities.
These projects, developed by local and international students, allow participants to acquire practical skills and hands-on expertise in their field of study, directly linked to the implementation of social action. This experience, gained within our organization, significantly strengthens their professional profile, thereby facilitating their entry into the job market.
While our primary focus is the benefit of the target population through these projects, our organization also offers a unique opportunity for students. Based on an associative model, we provide them with the chance to design, develop, and take part in concrete social action projects. Ultimately, our initiative aims to introduce students to the world of non-profit work, to generate meaningful social impact, and to offer valuable experiences that enhance their professional journey.
The expression « Pim Pam Pum » is a way of saying:

“Make it real !, Just do it !, !Vamos a hacerlo!”

And that’s our philosophy: to move forward in a practical and efficient way with our social action projects, so that our final beneficiaries can benefit from them as much as possible.
