Building on their experience in various fields, they participate as professionals, experts, or passionate individuals in their areas of expertise. The instructors and coaches provide professional and motivational support to the students, guiding them in developing their skills within the NGO so they can carry out their activities effectively and professionally.

Students are involved in the association through different management and administrative roles. Members of the development committees, they hold functions adapted to the needs of each project. They can also act as free volunteers by intervening punctually in the NGO's projects.
