3. The Collective Agreement: 1–2 Month Commitment 🗓️
Key Commitment & Rules
- » MINIMUM 1 MONTH, MAX 2 MONTHS (renewable).
- » MANDATORY WEEKLY HOURS (logged).
- » CANCELLATION: After 1 week of absence without notifying `admin@infopimpampum.fr`.
- » Post-Term: Option to remain a free, independent volunteer.
Collaborative Workflow
- 1. Full Briefing: Complete list of prioritized tasks for VISIBLES, RECO, and Crowdfunding.
- 2. Google Sheet Tracker: Tasks, progress, and mandatory hours are logged here.
- 3. Self-Selection: Choose tasks and indicate preference to Coordinate or be Coordinated.
- 4. Two Groups: Teams divided for efficiency (e.g., Design vs. Strategy).
Certification & Scope
Successful completion of the full commitment earns a:
Scope includes: VISIBLES Open Call, RECO, Table Ronde Organization, and Crowdfunding.

A. Global & Local Work Environment

- PHYSICAL HUB (Paris 75003): Use our office space at the Maison Étudiante (M–F, 9:30 AM – 5:30 PM).

5. Long-Term Pathways (France-Based & Eligible) 🇫🇷
For successful members based in France, we offer access to structured, state-supported programs to transition from volunteer to a formally supported role. **Eligibility is mandatory.**
Operational Preparation for Collective Employment
FOCUS: Intensive Professional Training (approx. 2 months) for an available job role.
Work-Study Contract / Apprenticeship
FOCUS: Work-study contract to obtain a qualification while gaining professional experience.
Civic Service Mission
FOCUS: Civic mission (6–12 months) for personal development and civic education (not a job).
