Leadership | Operational Role | Flexible Volunteering
Students are the driving force of the NGO.
Students make up the core of the NGO, while gaining professional experience. “"In vivo", they give their best, applying their academic knowledge with the goal of successfully completing the projects.
Students must have advanced knowledge to take part in management, operational, and administrative roles, and are expected to contribute at least 10 hours per week to projects.
Students should have basic knowledge if they wish to hold specific roles on each project within the committees. Part-time involvement is required here, depending on the demands of each country.
Finally, students can also be flexible volunteers, which only requires basic knowledge. They can participate in projects on an occasional basis, investing the time they have available. Additionally, we are creating a database where volunteers can indicate their available time and areas of interest for participation.
